Shipping:

We ship our orders with DPD. Big order that require shipment with europallets are shipped with Wassink Koeriers. The average shipping time is up to three business days. 

€50,00 or more (incl. VAT) are post-paid (free) to one address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Great-Britain.
When you spend less than €50,00 you will need to pay a shipping rate of €10,00 

The above mentioned shipping rates will be factured per order and are incl. VAT.

Returns:
Please contact our Customer Service to handle any returns and pick-ups by DPD.

Pick Ups:
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse when scheduled and paid for.
You can make a note of this on the order form to collect the items yourself. We will send you an email confirming when and where you can pick up your order.
