Gelotology is a strategic design agency from Ghent specializing in realizing memorable experiences for clients in various sectors. Think tourism, health, cities & neighborhoods: everything is enthusiastically taken up as a challenge.
In the field of tourism, Gelotology has a long-standing collaboration with Tourism Flanders. Here they have started a training programme with the theme "through the eyes of the visitor". Within this programme, representatives of museums and attractions are trained every year as experience experts. Everything to improve the visitor's experience.
The yellow Klapr storage box is used for this course as a so-called "experience bible". The reference work that accompanies the training is stored in it, such as work templates, a syllabus, a poster, tactical cards, notes and other paperwork. The brightly coloured Klapr storage box is enthusiastically received by the students for the second year in a row.
